All reservations that have not been guaranteed by credit card will be automatically canceled at 6:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival.

If you reserve with a credit card number, you do not need to reconfirm your stay and your room is guaranteed no matter what time you arrive. If you do not cancel before 6:00 p.m., the room is considered as taken and will be billed to your credit card.

The credit card number can be transmitted by phone, fax(418-831-9188) or emailed with the reservation form.
